Prepared Childbirth Intensive 1-Day Workshop (9:00AM - 4:00PM)

This one-day, 7 hour class teaches most of what is offered in the modified Lamaze series,  but is ideal for those who cannot accommodate a series of classes.

Caring For Your Newborn (1:00PM - 5:00PM)

This single session, 4 hour class focuses on several important components:

1.  Going over the newborn (head to toe) immediately after birth, as well as changes in the first few weeks.
2.  Essential and non-essential items to make life easier.
3.  Caring for the newborn;  bathing, diaper changing, cord care, swaddling and more.
4.  Bisphenol-A and its hazards, current recalls and news of the day.

Partners are encouraged to attend and if room permits; additional persons (e.g. grandparents. Care takers, etc.) may also attend for an additional fee.
