RETURNS AND EXCHANGES:

Due to Health Restrictions, we DO NOT ACCEPT RETURNS OR EXCHANGES ON THE PURCHASE of any of our BREAST PUMPS IF THE SAFETY SEAL HAS BEEN BROKEN. (IF THE SEAL HAS NOT BEEN BROKEN, WE CAN ACCEPT IT BACK WITHIN 7 DAYS but will charge a $25.00 fee for processing).

If your credit card has been charged and you cancel your order (regardless of whether it's within the two business-day cancellation period explained in Our Terms of Service), we do charge a $25.00 processing return fee.

We reserve the right NOT to accept returned breast pumps depending on the order and the situation on hand...

Bras, garments and postpartum products are not returnable due to the fact that they are personal wear items. Unfortunately, we cannot issue credits for these items.

REFUNDS MAY TAKE UP TO 30-60 DAYS TO PROCESS, AND YOU SHOULD SEE YOUR REFUND ON YOUR NEXT STATEMENT DEPENDING UPON THE CYCLE OF YOUR CREDIT CARD, OR WE MAY SEND YOU A CHECK AS A REFUND.
